Our wine dinner on Wednesday, August 19th features Natural Wines & Nebraska Summer Produce on this vegetarian focused menu. The bounty of the season will be on display with a delicious four course menu prepared with seasonal produce from Chef Nick Strawhecker’s favorite local purveyors.
Sommelier Paul Foss will pour four carefully chosen Natural Wines. What are “natural wines?” They are wines that are naturally or biodynamically farmed using minimal intervention, have low sulfates (no additives) and are typically harvested from older (100+ year) vines.
Seats are $85, excluding tax and gratuity.
