On Tuesday, August 11th, join me and Dante Sommelier Grant Gaston for a five-course dinner inspired by the food, wines and traditions of Piedmont.
Each course has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the region we’ll explore together next spring, with wines that tell the story of its villages, vineyards and generations of winemakers.
