We’re kicking off 2026 with the kind of Italian meal your Nonna would approve of.The recipes that have been passed down through generations. The dishes that taste like home.

On Thursday, January 29th, join us for a four-course wine dinner celebrating the classics. Just honest, soulful Italian cooking paired with wines from our own Dante private label.

Here’s what we’re serving:

We’ll start with a Caesar salad—the real deal with proper anchovies, garlic, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Crisp romaine, creamy dressing, the way it was meant to be made.

Next, house-made shotgun shell rigatoni tossed in our Nonna’s Sunday ragù: a 24-hour tomato and red wine–braised beef and pork sauce that’s been simmering since morning. Rich, comforting, and deeply familiar.

Then comes porchetta—herb-rubbed pork roasted until the skin crackles and shatters, the meat inside tender and fragrant with rosemary and fennel. This is the centerpiece dish, the one that makes everyone at the table go quiet for a moment.

And for dessert? Tiramisu. Because some things are non-negotiable. Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa. The kind that makes you close your eyes and sigh.

Each course is paired with a wine from the Dante private label collection. Wines Nonna would have poured on Sunday afternoons when the whole family gathered around the table.

Price: $95 per person (includes all food and wine pairings) or $65 (only food option)*
